1️⃣ Impressions

What it means: Number of times your ad is shown.

Formula: Impressions = Total ad displays


2️⃣ Clicks

What it means: Number of times users clicked your ad.

Formula: Clicks = Total ad clicks


3️⃣ Click-Through Rate (CTR)

What it means: Ad relevance and appeal.

Formula: CTR (%) = (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100


4️⃣ Cost Per Click (CPC)

What it means: Cost paid per click.

Formula: CPC = Total Cost ÷ Clicks


5️⃣ Quality Score (QS)

What it means: Google’s rating of ad relevance (1–10).

Based on:

  • Expected CTR

  • Ad Relevance

  • Landing Page Experience

(No direct formula – Google algorithm based)


6️⃣ Conversion

What it means: Desired action completed (purchase, lead, signup).

Formula: Conversions = Total completed actions


7️⃣ Conversion Rate

What it means: Effectiveness of clicks converting into actions.

Formula: Conversion Rate (%) = (Conversions ÷ Clicks) × 100


8️⃣ Cost Per Conversion (CPA)

What it means: Cost to get one conversion.

Formula: CPA = Total Cost ÷ Conversions


9️⃣ Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

What it means: Revenue earned for every ₹1 spent.

Formula: ROAS = Revenue ÷ Ad Spend


🔟 Impression Share

What it means: Percentage of total available impressions your ad received

Formula: Impression Share (%) = (Impressions ÷ Total Eligible Impressions) × 100
