1️⃣ Impressions

What it means: Total number of times your content is shown.

Formula:

Impressions = Total times post/ad is displayed

2️⃣ Reach

What it means: Number of unique users who saw your content.

Formula: Reach = Total unique users who viewed the post


3️⃣ Engagement

What it means: Total interactions on your content (likes, comments, shares, saves).

Formula: Engagement = Likes + Comments + Shares + Saves


4️⃣ Engagement Rate (ER)

What it means: How engaging your content is compared to reach or impressions.

Formula (by Reach): Engagement Rate (%) = (Total Engagement ÷ Reach) × 100

Formula (by Impressions): Engagement Rate (%) = (Total Engagement ÷ Impressions) × 100


5️⃣ Click-Through Rate (CTR)

What it means: How many people clicked your link after seeing the post/ad.

Formula: CTR (%) = (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100


6️⃣ Conversion Rate

What it means: Percentage of users who completed a desired action.

Formula: Conversion Rate (%) = (Conversions ÷ Clicks) × 100


7️⃣ Cost Per Click (CPC)

What it means: Cost paid for each click.

Formula: CPC = Total Ad Spend ÷ Total Clicks


8️⃣ Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM)

What it means: Cost to reach 1,000 people.

Formula: CPM = (Total Ad Spend ÷ Impressions) × 1000


9️⃣ Follower Growth Rate

What it means: Speed at which followers increase.

Formula: Follower Growth Rate (%) = (New Followers ÷ Total Followers) × 100
